A certificate distribution ceremony was held at the PCT&VI on completion of the PM of Pakistan's Talented Youth Program organized by the GPA and supported by Navttc on 21 02 2023.

The certificate distribution ceremony was presided by the worthy Vice Chancellor University of Gwadar Prof. Dr. Abdul Razzaq Sabir (TI). On this occasion, Gwadar Port Authority Chairman Pasand Khan Buledai, Gwadar University Pro Vice Chancellor Dr. Syed Manzoor Ahmed, officers of Gwadar University and Gwadar Port Authority, and a large number of trainees participated.
Speaking on the occasion, the speakers said that skilled youth are the future of the country and trained youth will compete with the world in their fields.
The speakers further said that equipment for technical education equipped with modern facilities has been installed in the Pak China Technical and Vocational Institute (which is being operationalized by the university of Gwadar Academic), which is the first step to meet the requirements of the modern age. . Diploma holder students from technical institutes will be sent for further studies in China. The youth of Gwadar should take advantage of this golden opportunity.
At the end of the ceremony, certificates were distributed among the students.
GPA Social Sector General Secretary Jameel Qasim performed the stage duties at the event.
