A certificate distribution ceremony under the ISPR Winter Internship Program 2026 was held at the University of Gwadar.

The certificate distribution ceremony for the Winter Internship 2026, organized by Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), was held at the Pak-China Technical and Vocational Institute, University of Gwadar. Certificates were awarded to the successful male and female students. The chief guest of the ceremony was Major General Habib Nawaz, GOC 44 Division.
On this occasion, the Vice Chancellor of University of Gwadar, Prof۔ Dr. Abdul Razzaq Sabir, Commander 440 Brigade Brigadier Waqar Qureshi, along with military officers, university deans, faculty members, interns, and a large number of students were also present.
In his address, Major General Habib Nawaz highlighted the strategic and economic importance of Gwadar and the role of youth. He conveyed a message to the younger generation emphasizing the promotion of research, awareness, and unity. He stated that such programs foster awareness, responsibility, and national commitment among youth. He urged students to discourage extremism and to utilize their abilities for the development and progress of their beloved country, Pakistan. He described Gwadar as “the crown jewel of Pakistan.” He appreciated the performance of the interns and expressed his best wishes for their bright future.
Earlier, while addressing the ceremony, the interns praised the valuable experiences and learning opportunities gained during the internship program, describing it as rich in practical exposure. They emphasized the need to organize similar programs in the future.
At the end of the ceremony, Major General Habib Nawaz and Vice Chancellor Dr. Abdul Razzaq Sabir distributed certificates among the participating students. It is noteworthy that for the first time, around 150 students from the University of Gwadar participated in this internship program.
The ceremony concluded with a commitment to national unity and a bright future.
