University of Gwadar Holds Faculty Training on Modern Teaching Practices

The Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) of the University of Gwadar organized a mandatory training session for newly inducted teaching fellows and visiting faculty on September 2, 2025, at the Conference Room (PCT&VI). The initiative aimed to equip new faculty members with essential teaching practices aligned with the University's academic standards.
The session focused on three key themes: Outcome-Based Education delivered by Dr. Diana Ambrose, Assistant Professor at IoBM Karachi, Teaching Strategies presented by Mr. Ubaid Ali, Lecturer, Department of Management Sciences, University of Gwadar, and Assessment Practices conducted by Prof. Dr. Jan Muhammad, Dean, Faculty of Management, Social and Computer Sciences, University of Gwadar. The trainers shared practical insights, effective methodologies, and professional experiences to enhance teaching effectiveness and classroom engagement.
The program provided a valuable platform for the newly inducted faculty members to strengthen their understanding of modern pedagogical approaches and innovative classroom practices, marking a strong and purposeful beginning to their academic journey at the University of Gwadar.
